Tuition & Fees

Tuition is paid quarterly, with payments due July 1, 2025, October 3, 2025, January 9, 2026, and April 3, 2026. Dates may vary for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Flexible payment options may be available for families needing assistance.

All fees and tuition are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Administrative & Academic Fees:

  • Application Fee: $50
  • (one-time fee that applies towards $200 registration fee)
  • Annual Registration Fee: $200 per child
  • Capped at $400 for families with more than two children
  • (due in January or upon enrollment)

Annual Tuition:

  • K-5th Grade: $4,000 per child
  • 6th Grade: $4,300 per child

Additional Costs:

  • Optional end-of-year testing fee: $125
  • Optional electives on Fridays: Cost varies by elective and is arranged directly with providers such as Code Ninjas, Challenge Island, Music Heals, or Kick StART.

As a direct provider through the Step Up For Students Scholarship, The Nest partners with eligible families in the Personalized Education Program (PEP) and other scholarship programs to help make homeschooling more affordable. To begin the scholarship process, families should contact our admissions office for guidance on eligibility and required steps. We provide the necessary documentation for reimbursement, but acceptance or funding is not guaranteed.
