Conformance Status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive impairments.
To meet the WCAG AA colour-contrast requirement (success criterion 1.4.3), a few brand colours on this site are slightly darker than in our earlier materials: the teal used for buttons (#217072), the darker teal used for navigation and footer links (#17605F), and the grey used for the small labels under statistics (#5B6670). These adjustments keep text readable for visitors with low vision or colour-vision differences.
Known Limitations
As a small organization, some content may not yet be fully accessible — including embedded third-party enrollment and inquiry forms, downloadable files, and older images that may lack alt text (updated on a rolling basis). We are committed to addressing these limitations over time and welcome feedback to help us prioritize improvements.
