We invite interested families to join us for an information meeting. This session helps parents understand our mission, co-op model, and how we integrate faith into education before applying for enrollment.
Priority enrollment is given to current families. New families are welcomed as spots become available, and we maintain a waitlist for the upcoming school year.

Schedule and attend a mandatory information session to learn more about The Nest before applying.
02: Submit Application
Complete the enrollment application to be considered for The Nest.
03: Receive Decision
You will be notified of our decision and provided with the next steps for payment.
04: Submit Payment
Registration and tuition fees must be submitted to secure your child’s place before the school year begins.
Tuition & Fees
Tuition can be paid annually or per semester, with payments due June 1 (dated July 1 for scholarship purposes) and the first week of January after Christmas break.
Flexible payment options may be available for families needing assistance.
All fees and tuition are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Administrative & Academic Fees:
- Application Fee: $50
- (one-time fee that applies towards $200 registration fee)
- Annual Registration Fee: $200 per child
- Capped at $400 for families with more than two children
- (due in January or upon enrollment)
Annual Tuition:
- K-5th Grade: $4,000 per child
- 6th Grade: $4,300 per child
Additional Costs:
- Optional end-of-year testing fee: $125
- Optional electives on Fridays: Cost varies by elective and is arranged directly with providers such as Code Ninjas, Challenge Island, Music Heals, or Kick StART.

Scholarships
The Nest partners with families eligible for the Personalized Education Program (PEP) and other scholarships to help make homeschooling more affordable. To begin the scholarship process, families should contact our admissions office for guidance on eligibility and required steps. We provide the necessary documentation for reimbursement, but acceptance or funding is not guaranteed.

What is the parent’s role at The Nest?
Parents hold primary responsibility for their child’s education, guiding learning at home on non-co-op days, ensuring assignments are completed, and meeting all state or county homeschool requirements. The Nest supports parents by providing structure, community, and educational guidance.
What is the tutor’s role?
Tutors lead the classroom experience during co-op days, delivering lessons and providing assignments for home completion. They collaborate with parents to ensure a holistic learning environment that fosters academic and spiritual growth.
Do the tutors hold teaching certifications?
Although formal certification is not required, many of our tutors have extensive teaching experience. All tutors are passionate about supporting each student’s success.
What are students expected to do on non-co-op days?
On non-co-op days, students are expected to complete assignments from their tutors and are encouraged to explore additional subjects that interest them. These days help reinforce and expand upon what is learned during co-op sessions.
What curriculum does The Nest use?
Our curriculum combines Christian-based programs such as Abeka, Saxon Math, and The Good and the Beautiful. Detailed curriculum information is shared during the information meetings.

How do I enroll?
Interested families must first attend an information session to learn more about our community and operations. Enrollment opportunities are fully explained during these meetings.
Is there a wait list?
Enrollment is prioritized for current families, with remaining spots offered to new families throughout the year. If no spots are available, we maintain a waitlist for the current and upcoming school year only. We do not keep a waitlist for Kindergarten students beyond one year.
